Image Preview   Physical education will be provided once a week.  Students may bring clothes (sweats, shorts, tee shirts, and sweatshits are acceptable) to change into for PE class.

People who are physically active on a regular basis are healthier than those who are not. However, despite numerous studies linking a sedentary lifestyle to health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and obesity, the 1996 Surgeon General's Report indicates that more than half of American youth ages 12 to 21 are not vigorously active on a regular basis. In addition, participation in all types of physical activity declines strikingly as age or grade in school increases.
