Meet Mrs. Lynn Delehanty Mrs. Delehanty has a B.S. in elementary education from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College and an M.S. from Purdue. Twelve years of classroom experience have included grades 2, 4, 5, and 6 with a special emphasis in language arts, newspaper-in-the-classroom, and computers. To help boost writing scores, she then developed a writing program eight years ago for students in Pre-School to 8th grade. This is coupled with her work in remediation/acceleration at Notre Dame.
Outside of school, she is a member of the Northwest Indiana Writing Project and provides in-service workshops to teachers in the area to spread the word about writing and revision.
