Each step in your child's life is important.  Please know that Notre Dame School's staff and faculty appreciate the step you are taking in looking at what Notre Dame can offer your child.

• Schedule a school visit. Please contact Benjamin Potts, Principal at 219.872.6216 to schedule an appointment to discuss the opportunities awaiting your child(ren) at Notre Dame.
  
• Schedule a shadowing visit.  We love when students come and visit us for a day.  This opportunity will give your child a real feel for whether our school is the place for him/her.  To schedule a shadowing visit, call the office at 219.872.6216.
  
• Attend an Open House. Check this web page occasionally to view when future open houses are scheduled.  During the open house, you will meet students, faculty, staff, and parents of Notre Dame School. 
  
• The doors to Notre Dame School are always open for your family to come and visit.
• We welcome all inquiries.

ENROLLING AT NOTRE DAME SCHOOL

Step #1:  Complete the student registration form.  Click here to download the registration form.

Step #2:  A $125.00 registration fee must accompany the registration form in order to secure placement for your child(ren).  Birth certificate, immunization records, and baptismal certificate (required for Catholics) must also be received with the registration form.  Upon completion of the registration process and acceptance to Notre Dame School, $100.00 of the registration fee will be applied to your tuition bill.

Step #3:  Upon receiving your registration, tuition information will be made available to you.  You will be required to fill out a contract and indicate the method of payment that works best for you.  Click here to view tuition rates for parishioners.  Click here to view tuition rates for non-parishioners.
